Just found your site via Om Malik. We spoke last maybe in 1994 or 1995 when you were writing an early commercial Internet piece for Forbes and I was running one of the early (and tiny) Web site development and hosting firms. I made a terrible mistake in that business: we stayed small and became quite nicely profitable. So I never made millions nor lost millions. I've been running two blogs for a few years. Interestingly, my Wi-Fi blog (wifinetnews.com) is not only a good source of revenue and a good return on my time, but it's also been the biggest source of me picking up freelance writing for a host of IT and business publications.
