It is unbelievable that $30,000 to $50,000 a month from the Blog site.

Could it be japanese Yen; Perhaps Indonesian Rupiah?? Yes, I been checking around, I am told that those who made $300 from Google Adsense..have
over millions of pages Views or Hits.

If that is true; Well, that means that all the rest of the Blogger's are having millions of pages Miss!!

Anyway..be mindful about the Internet..the electronic Mask!!

Yeah, the Batelle number must be wrong. I checked Alexa and he's got some good reach, but he's ranked 20,000. One of my sites is ranked about 75,000 right now. My numbers don't scale to his and Wi-Fi (my niche) gets about 7,000 daily page views and the keywords are quite expensive over at Google.

Om Malik is getting 350,000 page views a month, he says, and he's only breaking even on hosting and bandwidth costs.

I agree. No way. Which is what I said to the original source.
Who, knows, maybe there is something secret going under the surface. I do think the "sponsor this site" service Batelle uses, AdBrite, is worth looking at. And another contender is BlogAds.

Dvorak's blog has an interest discussion about ad tags and his experiences implenting them into Wordpress.

I just see no way, no how, even with a renaissance in online advertising, that a blog can rake it in. I've got a site www.reel-time.com with 1.5 million page views per month, and believe me, it's making some nice money from AdSense, but not enough to crow about.

I am sure I am missing something here, but looking at Batelle's Searchblog I am only seeing 2 Google Ads and a sponsored link. If he is making $30k from that then there is a secret that he needs to keep to his grave. I have no doubt that he pulls a lot of traffic, but pulling enough to make that money off of 2 ads seems a bit unrealistic.
