		<description>Thank you for the data. As a business blogger, the lack of commentary frustrates the heck out of me. It&#039;s like the old days when I was a frequent radio guest, and only a few lights would light. I wondered if anyone was listening. Scary thoughts both.</description>

		<description>Honestly, my experience via Reel-Time and other communities is that you really don&#039;t want to hear from all your users.  No offence meant, but quite honestly, not everybody has something to add to the communal knowledge bank.  

I think the best way to judge engagement is to offer something that requires and action which can be traced.  Perhaps a report download or something.  To that end I&#039;ve set up an Ajax script to allow me to track exactly who in a registered community hit a particular link.  What I found was a whole lot more activity than I ever really thought was going on.</description>
