Sorry to read you are feeling poorly but kudos for not sharing your bug with fellow panelists. I use to dread going to the office during flu season because corporate culture expected you at your desk, spewing and sharing your germs with your fellow workers. Since leaving that environment, I have not experienced a single sick day. (Also, being a borderline nut case, I carry antibacterial wipes with me for swabbing down keyboards, phones, and those awful mice wherever I consult.) Drink plenty of fluids, wash frequently, and get well soon.
