Busy week due to budget planning, Olympics, end of year stuff. Quick NYC trip for agency talks, RTP next week, then holiday break.

    Hmmm–

    I got here looking online for a path to a meaningful response to our problems with a Lenovo laptop, a 3000 N100, I bought for my girlfriend.

    Multiple keyboard failures … sent in once already … only canned policy responses from the standard channels.

    As you said in a post “these things are our lives” and I can hardly exaggerate the bad feelings generated by our venture into buying from Lenovo.

    What a debacle. All we really want at this point is out money back pronto and never to think about Lenovo again…..

    Help!!!
