This came to me via colleague Gary Milner, who forwarded a column by Joe Marchese,president of socialvibe, who quotes Rishad Tobaccowala who in turn channels the ghost of Albert Einstein:

“Not everything that counts can be counted; and not everything that can be counted, counts”
