		<description>Great view into the alternate formats debate.  Newspapers traditionally don&#039;t mind charging for dubious upgrades, such as charging more for bold in a classified ad, even though it essentially costs them the same to deliver the product.  In this case, the electronic delivery is actually cheaper.

This is a delivery medium where the device is tied to a specific user, so one would think it would be easy enough to just register the device as ancillary to your print account and you&#039;d be good to go.  They could even grab a minor convenience fee.

Alas, don&#039;t wait for sanity from this quarter...they&#039;re too busy eating their young.</description>
