    Does this mean we have to find a new room for our meetings? I almost left my lunch in there by accident the other day, but luckily remembered…you would have loved that. Lucky for you, Patty has locked us out :-)

    Interesting post and reference. Conversely, there are plenty of customer service jobs which are now taking on elements of media – brand management and customer service in the land of Facebook, Twitter, Blogs and the like.
